Sales Administrator

Job Description:

  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Visit potential customers for new business
  • Provide customers with quotations
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and events
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Country President
  • Attend all management meetings and taking minutes to be sent to all parties after 24 hours
  • Type’s all letters, memos and Correspondences and other related documents.

 

Qualification:

  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in selling services.
  • Demonstrated attitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
