HR & Admin Manager

Securitas Egypt is seeking a Human Resources & Admin Manager with an extensive experience in blue collar recruitment, in any high turnover industry. The core characteristics we are looking for are ownership and leadership with a proven track  record of his/ her impact. Successful candidate needs to have a driven personality that keeps a finger on the pulse of results, and will take initiative to solve stakeholder problems.

Job Description

  • Job Title : Human Resources Manager
  • Reporting to : Country President
  • Summary of Duty : Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Plans, organizes and controls personnel activities.
  2. Participates in formulating the recruitment, wages, employee consultation and all personnel policies.
  3. Consults with employees on grievances and all personnel matters.
  4. Formulates personnel policy and internal regulations, to be implemented fairly and restrictively.
  5. Supervise the payroll and social insurance.
  6. Writes directives and advising departments’ managers of company policies regarding employees’ compensations and benefits.
  7. Prepares monthly personnel reports and manpower rolling forecast.
  8. Submits reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and high turnover.
  9. Coordinates the guard manpower with the operation manager on regular basis (the existing staff and the new requirements).
  10. Coordinates with the operation dept. in preparing and collecting the operation reports, such as time attendance records, terminations, new hiring, transfers and statistical records of performance data.
  11. Follows up the implementation of the top management’s decisions related to the personnel.
