Securitas is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic head of recruitment with key responsibilities to design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization. Experience in blue-collar recruitment is essential. The candidate has to have excellent communication & negotiation skills, as well as proven track record in job interviewing.
Previous experience in the CORE HR functions such as HRBP or talent acquisition/ recruitment role would be a plus.
Given different tools and a quarterly expenditure budget, delivers 200 recruits on a monthly basis.Manages a team of 4-5 internal and external recruiters.
Develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including recruitment measurements & regular reporting)
Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
Incentivizes & develops recruiters consistently.
Manages his own sources/ pools for recruitment offices.
Monitors and constantly optimizes the costs of the recruitment process
Conducts job interviews for the job positions below managerial level.
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
Conducts one-on-one meetings with HR Recruiters and line managers
Optional: Sets the social media recruitment strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Result oriented, pushy character with an understanding of targets.
Excellent Job Interviewing Skills and able to profile people/ candidates.
Leadership skills- can influence workers.
Social Media Knowledge & Training Skills would be a plus.
